Home staging is the process of furnishing and styling a property to appeal to potential buyers. Professionally staged homes photograph better, show better, and typically sell faster and for a higher price than non-staged homes.

We stage a wide range of properties—from vacant condos and townhomes to large single-family homes, custom builds, and show homes for multi-unit developments.

Yes, we offer both vacant and occupied staging. For occupied homes, we can work with existing furnishings and supplement with rental pieces and accessories as needed.

Staging costs vary based on the size of the home, the number of rooms staged, and the level of furnishings required. To simplify the process, we offer flat-rate pricing for vacant condos and townhomes. For all other property types, we provide customized quotes following a site visit or after reviewing photos and a floor plan.

For occupied homes, all services begin with an in-home consultation—with the exception of our Photo Ready package.

Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we can schedule delivery and installation. Please note that we cannot guarantee a staging date until both are in place. On average, we are able to book within a week, though this may be longer during peak seasons. For vacant homes, our team typically spends two full days selecting furniture and décor tailored specifically to your property. This is where the magic happens—our talented stylists handpick every piece to highlight the home’s best features. Each item is then carefully packed and prepared for delivery. Installation is usually completed in one day, depending on the size and scope of the project.

Our standard staging rental period is 4 weeks for occupied homes and 5 weeks for vacant homes with the option to renew 4 additional week increments if needed. The minimum rental amount is $250. We also offer custom packages for builder show homes or model units.

We focus on key areas that make the biggest impact, such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and main entry. Additional rooms can be staged depending on the layout and target buyer.

Always schedule your photos or video after the staging date has been confirmed. Coordinating a photographer is easy. Coordinating a truck full of furniture, stylists, and décor is… not. Give us the day to work our magic so everything looks picture-perfect for your shoot. Need help with pro photos? We can take care of that too!

Not at all. Most clients aren’t there - we’re used to working with agents and homeowners who provide access via lockbox. In fact, we usually work faster without an audience (we love you, but our stylists get in the zone).

Not necessarily. While it might be tempting to go with the lowest quote, not all staging companies are created equal—and focusing on price alone can cost you in the long run. Lower fees often mean limited inventory, cheaper furnishings, or less experience, all of which can impact your home’s presentation, time on market, and final sale price.

We offer full-service interior design for new builds, renovations, and fully furnished spaces. Our services include space planning, finish selections, furniture sourcing, custom millwork design, renderings, and final styling.

Our design process includes an initial consultation, concept development, selections and sourcing, detailed plans, and final installation. We work closely with you—and your builder or contractor if applicable—every step of the way to ensure a smooth, cohesive result.

The sooner the better! Ideally, we’re brought in during the planning or pre-construction phase to align the design direction with your architectural plans and avoid costly revisions later.

Absolutely! We’re happy to incorporate any existing pieces you love. During our consultation, we’ll chat about what stays, what goes, and how to blend it all beautifully.

Yes, we frequently collaborate with builders and trades. We provide clear specifications, drawings, and finish schedules to help support construction and bring the design vision to life.

Absolutely! We source furnishings, lighting, artwork, and accessories through our extensive network of trade-only suppliers and vendors, many of whom we’ve worked with for over 18 years.

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity. Smaller styling projects can take a few weeks, while full custom builds may take several months. We provide a project schedule tailored to your timeline.

We charge a flat fee for the initial design consultation. Following that, we bill hourly for design services, with a 10-hour minimum. After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate and scope of work based on your project needs.

Not at all. We work on both small styling projects and full custom builds. Whether you need help with a single room refresh or a full-scale new home, we tailor our services to fit your needs.
